These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using QuickBoard (the "Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The Service is a web application for creating and sharing soccer formations and tactics.

2. Accounts and Authentication

• Some features (such as saving boards) require login.
• Information from authentication providers (email, display name, profile image URL) is used for login/account display and linking saved data.
• You are responsible for managing your login/session and must not let others use it.
• Saved boards tied to your account cannot be restored after deletion.

3. Conditions of Use

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Not engage in any act that violates these Terms
• Not engage in acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Not infringe the rights of others
• Not interfere with the operation of the Service

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the provider or the rightful owners.

Copyright in content created by users through the Service belongs to the users. However, users grant the provider permission to use such content for providing, improving, and promoting the Service.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Availability at all times
• Error‑free or bug‑free operation
• Accuracy of information provided through the Service
• Non‑loss of data

The provider shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the provider.

10. Paid plans & billing

• We offer subscription-based paid plans. Pricing and billing cycles are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details on our servers.
• You can cancel the subscription at any time. After cancellation, future charges will stop.
• Because this is a digital service, payments are non-refundable in principle.

11. AI Import

• You may only use images for AI import if you have permission to use them.
• You must not upload images that violate laws, infringe third-party rights, or contain sensitive/personal data.
• AI outputs are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
• We may limit or suspend AI import usage at our discretion.
